OUR VISION

A community where everyone has access to substance use recovery, health, and well being.

What We Value

Prevention &
De-stigmatization

We are committed to prevent and intervene to de-stigmatize substance use by engaging in open conversation, education, training and community awareness campaigns/initiatives through a whole-person approach.

Dismantle Discrimination

We acknowledge that Substance Use Disorder is a chronic health issue and work to change the beliefs, attitudes and systems that contribute to the unjust or prejudicial treatment of people with Substance Use Disorders.

Culturally Responsive

We respect and honor the languages, cultures and life experiences of the individuals we work with, have positive perspectives on culturally and linguistically diverse people, and practice cultural sensitivity.

Supportive Recovery Community

We support long-term recovery through strengthening a sustainable recovery community (families, friends & service providers) with multiple pathways to recovery on the continuum from abstinence to harm reduction.

Person Centered

We honor the individuals we work with as dignified human beings that have the right to self-determination. We facilitate the opportunity for meaningful choice in the services and resources available. We engage individuals to lead the decision-making process and collaborate for desired outcomes.

Increase Access &
Reduce Barriers

We continually assess and address the multiple barriers (financial, physical environment, bias, discrimination, transportation, etc.) to recovery. Acknowledging the multi-faceted contributors inclusive of physical health and behavioral health. We work to develop sober housing resources and employment opportunities for people in recovery.
